Little Exeter Parties!

Little Exeter is a social enterprise currently applying for charity status. We reinvest all profits back into our city through fair wages for local staff, donations to local organisations and inclusive play initiatives for vulnerable groups.

When you book a party with Little Exeter, you're not just celebrating, you’re joining a community that's making a real difference.

  • Cost: £250 for the full birthday package
    Age Range: Perfect for little ones aged 0–7 (up to and including their 7th birthday)
    Party Time: 2 hours of exclusive playtime
    Setup/Clear-up: 30 minutes before and after your session (please note: no play is allowed during this time)

    What’s Included:

    • Private use of our soft play area

    • Disco ball, party lights & music (use our playlist or bring your own via Spotify)

    • Flexible seating in our café area

    • Trestle tables, chairs, reusable plates, cups, cutlery, and squash jugs

    🎈 Please remember: You'll need to take down and remove any decorations during your clear-up time.

    • You’re welcome to bring your own party food and soft drinks

    • Our café area is included in your booking for all food and drink needs

    • Want a hot drink or some extras? We’ve got you covered with our on-site café!

    • A full payment of £250 is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.

    • All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, no matter the reason for cancellation.

    • Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • Parties are available on Sundays only, during the following times:

    Morning Party

    • Setup: 9:30am

    • Party Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm

    • Pack-down: 12:00pm – 12:30pm

    Afternoon Party

    • Setup: 1:45pm

    • Party Time: 2:15pm – 4:15pm

    • Pack-down: 4:15pm – 4:45pm

    • Maximum of 25 children per party

    • Adult supervision is required at all times (at least 1 adult per 4 children)

    • Kids over age 7 can join the fun in the play area too

    • No early access to the play area – play is only allowed during your 2-hour session

    • No food or drinks in the play zone, please

    • Socks must be worn in the play area – no shoes or bare feet
      (Forgot yours? Don’t worry – we sell socks at reception for £1 a pair)

    • Shoes off, socks on – always in the play area

    • Parents and guardians are responsible for children’s behaviour and safety

    • You’ll be asked to sign a waiver when you arrive

    • Any damage to the venue or equipment may incur a charge

  • We have very limited availability and will be adding more dates.
